Meet the Board

Chris DelaHoussaye

President

Chris should be a familiar name to many original homeowners as he was our first president when we took over from the developer. Chris has varied HOA experience and contacts from living in previous communities. Chris and his wife, Ginger, are both great cooks and love working in their yard. Their daughter, Nicole Hegger, also lives in the neighborhood with her husband Matt and daughter Katelyn.

Vice President

Chris H. is another familiar name to may of you as he was also on our first BOD. Chris also has previous HOA experience and works in tandem with Chris H. overseeing HOA operations and attending to homeowner concerns. Chris and his wife, Kristin, are huge Clemson fans and have recently become grandparents!

Carlos Hernandez

Treasurer

Carlos has been our treasurer since we took over the financial books from the developer. Carlos maintains our financial records, keeps up with HOA dues and pays the bills. Carlos and his wife, Adrianne, enjoy traveling and keeping up with their two soccer-playing daughters.

Terri Sameski

Secretary

Terri will be keeping track of HOA meeting minutes, communications, and various other important items to maintain our HOA records and keep us informed. Terri and her husband, Bob, are originally from the Boston area. Life has taken them to many cities, including a long-term stint in Simpsonville while bringing up their daughters. Terri enjoys Pilates and wellness, while Bob is a boot camp enthusiast and avid golfer.

Randy Curry

Member-at-Large

Randy works on the Board to help keep our community running smoothly. Randy voluntarily takes on tasks with a big smile and a ‘let’s get it done’ attitude. Randy and his wife, Michelle, are native Ohioans and huge Ohio State fans!
