Architectural Committee Request Form Instructions

Please review the attached "Instructions & Examples" document carefully to ensure your submission is complete and includes all information required by the committee in the prescribed format.

There are two ways to submit a request to the ARC Committee:

1. Online Submission: Select the "Request Form" button to complete and submit the form through the website. Supporting documents may be uploaded with your request. Once completed and signed, select "Submit" and the form, along with all uploaded documents, will be emailed to ARC@southpointecottages.com, with a copy sent to the email address entered on the form.

2. Manual Submission: Select the "Print Blank Form" button to print and complete the form manually. Once completed, along with all supporting documentation, the submission package must be emailed to ARC@southpointecottages.com, mailed, or hand-delivered to the ARC Committee.
